SciX will be held at Raleigh, NC, USA between October 20 and 25.

Prof. Yukihiro Ozaki and Prof. Harumi Sato will have a session on low-frequency vibrational spectroscopy in the SPSJ Section on October 21. In the SpSj section Prof. A. Ikehata will have a session on NIR spectroscopy and Prof. Y. Morisawa will hold a session on far-ultraviolet spectroscopy.
