Prof. Ozaki participated in 2022 European Symposium on Analytical Spectrometry ESAS and 17th Czech - Slovak Spectroscopic Conference held at Bruno in Czech during September 4 and 9 organized by Ioannes Marcus Marci Spectroscopic Society and Slovak Spectroscopic Society.1.

About 200 people attended this joint conference. The conference was very active and interesting one. At this conference Prof. Ozaki received Medal of Ioannes Marcus Marci (Ioannes Marcus Marci Spectroscopic Society) due to his long term contribution to molecular spectroscopy in condensed phase, particularly, Raman spectroscopy, NIR spectroscopy and FUV spectroscopy.

This award is very prestigious one because six Nobel laureates, Gerhard Herzberg, Theodor. W. Hansch, Ahmed H. Zewail, Harold W. Kroto, Robert F. Curl, Eric A. Cornell received this award. See protogalaxy.
