The 21st International Conference on Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR2023) was held from August 20 to August 24 at Innsbruck（Chair person, Prof. Christian Huck）
It was a nice conference for NIR community. Many participants got together from all over the world. Prof. Ozaki had a plenary lecture.
