Prof. Ozaki received Charles Mann Award for Applied Raman Spectroscopy at SciX.(https://www.scixconference.org/CHARLES-MANN-AWARD/) This award is presented to an individual who has demonstrated outstanding advancement(s) in the field of applied Raman spectroscopy. Prof. Ozaki’s research on biomedical applications of Raman spectroscopy was highly recognized in this ward. He had an award lecture at SciX on-line. Prof. Ozaki also held a special symposium in relation to his award titled ”Perspective for Biomedical Raman Spectroscopy” at SciX.
